Innovation and sustainability, safety and solidity. The most advanced technology reaches its full expression through design, ease of use, safety and solidity.

We’ve designed and built the new KP 100 HMA.

More than a product, the latest generation of the KP industrial parts washer is our way of leading the transition from Industry 4.0 to Industry 5.0.

The new builds on what came before

We refined the technology rather than overhauling it, with many improvements that optimize the efficiency and safety of cleaning operations and boost performance for energy savings and further reductions in consumption and waste. We also focused on operational efficiency: installation times and washing cycles have been significantly reduced.

Technical features

The main innovations include:

  • a more advanced structure and improved containment
  • a further 30% reduction in energy consumption
  • upgraded, maintenance-free vacuum pumps
  • a main distiller with double the capacity
  • an innovative heating system
  • a significantly shorter washing cycle
  • new, easy-to-use management software
  • a much smaller external footprint
  • streamlined maintenance access and a new design

Design as a strength

Simple forms and parallels between craftsmanship and innovative technology, in an interplay of irregularity and asymmetry.

Minimalism and essential lines, with careful attention to color: steel and tone-on-tone gray contrasting with black, and matte finishes.

Function and aesthetics come together. The design of the new KP 100 HMA features black elements with fine-perforated metal mesh, details that bring out its geometric shapes and volumes.

The design conveys compactness and solidity in depth, with even softer forms. The automation area has been reduced, making the complete machine more compact and saving space.

A commitment to sustainability

Environmental responsibility. Every new product is a step toward a more sustainable world, a requirement championed by Industry 5.0.
