KP 30 metal washing systems are equipped with a stainless steel automatic or manual washing chamber door. The basket loading phase is manual with the help of a decentralised loading platform or with a simple trolley. Both are equipped with an idle roller conveyor.
The system can handle 1 basket, with the possibility of integrating automatic load recognition.
All operations are managed by internally developed software, in compliance with Industry 4.0 standards.
All loading/unloading and washing operations are managed through a touch panel integrated on the washer with corresponding button panel or through an original IFP Europe totem with integrated touch monitor that allows for intuitive use of software developed by IFP Europe technicians, in compliance with Industry 4.0 standards.

Although managed as an accessory, the kiosk accompanies every KP Kleen Power system. Designed by IFP Europe, the interactive touchscreen kiosk is consistent with the KP Kleen Power line design. In addition to the analogue button panel, it includes a Simatic HMI touch panel and two USB ports. The touch panel can be integrated directly onto the washer or mounted on a panel with a telescopic arm. As an option, the kiosk can be equipped with an infrared reader for automatic workflow registration and scheduling.
The washing processes of the KP Kleen Power line are managed by advanced software, developed and customised to meet specific customer needs. Compliant with Industry 4.0 standards, the software is accessible both remotely and via the Simatic HMI touch panel, which features an optimised graphical interface for easier use.
