The automation systems integrated into KP Kleen Power washers are designed and manufactured by IFP Europe to high-quality standards, even in their "default" versions. To meet specific customer needs, these solutions can be customised in terms of size and technical features.

Thanks to the integration of advanced technologies, automation systems include supports such as:

Intelligent load and unload management

All loading and unloading operations for baskets and bins are managed by user-friendly systems, equipped with:

  • A kiosk with an intuitive touch panel for immediate control
  • A monitor on a telescopic arm for greater flexibility
  • Integrated recessed panels within the system

These tools are supported by custom software developed by the technical office of IFP Europe, ensuring maximum efficiency for washing cycles.

Automatic Loading Systems

For Baskets

The washers in the KP 50 – 100 – 150 – 200 series can simultaneously handle from 1 to 8 IFP stainless steel baskets with Fami, offering both modularity and efficiency.

For Bins

For large washers such as the KP 300 – 400 – 600 – 800 – 1000 – 1500 – 2000 series, custom-made bins are used, ensuring flexibility even for bulky loads.

Manual loading systems

When production needs do not require advanced automation, IFP Europe offers practical and modular solutions:

  • Decentralised loading platforms with idle roller conveyors to manage 1 or 4 baskets with Fami modularity.
  • Loading platforms for the KP MAX series, equipped with idle rollers, designed for the manual handling of a large number of Fami modular baskets.
