INDUSTRIAL WASHING SYSTEMS: INNOVATION, EXPERIENCE, RELIABILITY

Founded in 2010 in Galliera Veneta (PD), in the heart of one of the main production districts of Veneto, IFP Europe was established with the vision of its founding partners: to design, produce, and market industrial metal washing systems. Thanks to constant innovation and high quality, the company has established itself as one of the leading European players in the sector.

All systems, built with cutting-edge technologies at the Padua facility, are exported to over 35 countries, meeting the needs of continuously evolving markets. The desire for growth and improvement drives IFP Europe, supported by core values such as respect for business ethics, attention to the environment, and the central nature of people.

Responsabile Ufficio Acquisti

After completing his studies, he trained within the company. If asked what his role is, he replies: “I keep information flowing”. In fact, Andrea’s area of activity lies between sales and service; he receives the requests from customers and manages all our suppliers. For him, speed is essential: being there 110%, immediately understanding the needs of our customers, and communicating quickly. The IFP warehouse always has everything that is needed. If a customer requests a spare part for an older system, installed long time ago, action must be taken immediately, sometimes like a 100-metre sprinter, always ready to spring into action!

Technical Manager

Gianni Telatin

He understands that true innovation comes from the harmony of technology and design. Each system is studied down to the smallest detail, with dozens of drawings and variants that take millimetres and microns into account, crucial to ensuring precision and functionality. Design is the heart of the process, essential for creating efficient systems that are visually appealing and have a low environmental impact. The aim is to offer the customer a unique solution, customised in every aspect, from colours to design.

Research and Innovation with the University of Padua - Unismart

"ENERGY EFFICIENCY TO REDUCE EMISSIONS"
In partnership with the UniSMART Community, in 2020 IFP Europe launched a consulting program to identify a suitable solution for reducing the emissions generated during the washing process of the KP HMA 100 small metal parts washer.
After a thorough analysis, it was certified that the washer reduces harmful emissions by 99% during the washing cycles.
The entire study was carried out by Centro studi di Economia e Tecnica dell’Energia Giorgio Levi Cases of the University of Padua.
In 2022, IFP Europe received the UniSMART Awards.

We Brought Design into the Workshop

IFP Europe’s systems clean metals through a full vacuum cycle, using eco-modified alcohols and hydrocarbons with minimal environmental impact. This technology cuts processing times and energy consumption while doubling production capacity (+100%). But IFP didn’t stop at functionality: we redefined industrial machine design, merging advanced technology with aesthetics, ergonomics, and usability.

99% waste material recovery, 40% energy savings, and 95% reduction in cleaning product usage. Lower operational costs and significant economic benefits.
