The largest system in the KP Kleen Power line features a large stainless steel washing chamber, making it ideal for handling high production volumes or single loads of considerable size. KP.MAX industrial washing machines operate entirely under vacuum and, thanks to a wide range of standard and optional features, ensure high productivity in reduced cycle times.

In addition to the standard models KP 400 MAX, KP 600 MAX, and KP 800 MAX, it is possible to create even larger systems tailored to customer needs. These systems are designed to handle oversized loads and/or complex contamination while adhering to strict energy efficiency and environmental sustainability standards.

KP Kleen Power metal washing systems are designed to be configured with the "Protect" automation, a loading system that ensures practical basket management. The automation includes an automatic tray and cover that facilitate the loading phases of baskets. The system can handle 2 or 4 baskets simultaneously, with the possibility of integrating automatic load recognition.

All operations are managed by internally developed software, in compliance with Industry 4.0 standards.

KP WTR 50 - 100 - 150 - 200 systems can also be equipped with a manual loading platform with an idle roller conveyor, a practical and innovative accessory developed by IFP Europe. The loading platform facilitates manual operations of 1+1 basket for the KP 50 WTR and 2+2 baskets for the KP 100 WTR, reaching up to the loading/unloading of 12 baskets at a time.

In the KP 400 MAX, KP 600 MAX and KP 800 MAX versions, the 'Protect' automation ensures efficient basket handling, with the option of an automatic tray and cover, ensuring optimal control, with the possibility of integrating automatic load recognition.

All loading/unloading and washing operations are managed through an original IFP Europe totem with an integrated touch monitor that allows for intuitive use of software developed by IFP Europe technicians, in compliance with Industry 4.0 standards.

Custom stainless steel bins

The custom stainless steel bin system is designed and manufactured by IFP Europe to ensure maximum performance during the washing, decontamination, and drying of metal parts of various sizes.
Bins are also designed and manufactured by IFP Europe on a custom basis, with original technical solutions, following the production requirements of the customer, solving all logistical problems and improving organisation and operational efficiency. The bins of the Custom series for all KP MAX versions are specifically designed by IFP Europe technicians to ensure maximum functionality in managing the preparation, loading/unloading, washing, and drying phases of metal components. Made of steel, the Custom bins, personalised to the customer’s requirements, facilitate storage and effectively solve logistical issues, improving overall operational efficiency.

We offer tailor-made solutions. Each KP Kleen Power system can be customised to meet specific metal part washing needs and achieve production and quality objectives. Each system is configured to ensure high performance, reliability, and adaptability to metal washing processes.

Kiosk

Although managed as an accessory, the kiosk accompanies every KP Kleen Power system. Designed by IFP Europe, the interactive touchscreen kiosk is consistent with the KP Kleen Power line design. In addition to the analogue button panel, it includes a Simatic HMI touch panel and two USB ports. The touch panel can be integrated directly onto the washer or mounted on a panel with a telescopic arm. As an option, the kiosk can be equipped with an infrared reader for automatic workflow registration and scheduling.

Software

The washing processes of the KP Kleen Power line are managed by advanced software, developed and customised to meet specific customer needs. Compliant with Industry 4.0 standards, the software is accessible both remotely and via the Simatic HMI touch panel, which features an optimised graphical interface for easier use. This ensures efficient and intuitive control of washing processes.
