Operating with aqueous solutions, it retains the advanced features of the KP Kleen Power system, including: vacuum treatment, custom-programmed washing cycles tailored to customer needs, remote function monitoring and assistance, a wide range of standard features and the ability to develop customised technical solutions.

The KP WTR system, designed for washing metal components with aqueous solutions, is particularly suitable for deoxidation, pickling, and removing contaminants or stains.

Thanks to its vacuum processing technology, operating at levels as low as 1 mbar, and an extensive selection of standard and optional features, the KP Kleen Power series offers the most advanced aqueous washing technology available on the market.

In the WTR version, the system delivers exceptional performance in the most demanding of applications, ensuring optimal results for high production volumes and complex contaminant management. The WTR system is suitable for deoxidation, pickling, and the removal of specific contaminants or stains.

KP Kleen Power metal washing systems are designed to be configured with the "Protect" automation, a loading system that ensures practical basket management. The automation includes an automatic tray and cover that facilitate the loading phases of baskets. The system can handle 2 or 4 baskets simultaneously, with the possibility of integrating automatic load recognition.

All operations are managed by internally developed software, in compliance with Industry 4.0 standards.

KP WTR 50 - 100 - 150 - 200 systems can also be equipped with a manual loading platform with an idle roller conveyor, a practical and innovative accessory developed by IFP Europe. The loading platform facilitates manual operations of 1+1 basket for the KP 50 WTR and 2+2 baskets for the KP 100 WTR, reaching up to the loading/unloading of 12 baskets at a time.

In the KP 100 WTR, KP 150 WTR, and KP 200 WTR versions, the 'Protect' automation ensures efficient basket handling, with the option of an automatic tray and cover, ensuring optimal control. Depending on the model, the automatic system can handle from 2 to 4 baskets simultaneously, with the possibility of integrating automatic load recognition.

All loading/unloading and washing operations are managed through an original IFP Europe totem with an integrated touch monitor that allows for intuitive use of software developed by IFP Europe technicians, in compliance with Industry 4.0 standards.

Stainless Steel Baskets - Modular System

The stainless steel wire basket system is designed and manufactured by IFP Europe to ensure maximum performance during the washing, decontamination, and drying of metal parts of various sizes. IFP Europe has adopted the "Fami" modularity, a system that facilitates storage and effectively solves every logistical problem, improving organisation and operational efficiency.

The baskets for versions 50 - 100 - 150 - 200 have been specifically designed by IFP Europe technicians to ensure maximum functionality in managing the preparation, loading/unloading, washing, and drying phases of metal components. Made with thick stainless steel wire, the baskets conform to FAMI modularity, a feature that facilitates storage and effectively resolves any logistical problem, improving operational efficiency.

Kiosk

Although managed as an accessory, the kiosk accompanies every KP Kleen Power system. Designed by IFP Europe, the interactive touchscreen kiosk is consistent with the KP Kleen Power line design. In addition to the analogue button panel, it includes a Simatic HMI touch panel and two USB ports. The touch panel can be integrated directly onto the washer or mounted on a panel with a telescopic arm. As an option, the kiosk can be equipped with an infrared reader for automatic workflow registration and scheduling.

Software

The washing processes of the KP Kleen Power line are managed by advanced software, developed and customised to meet specific customer needs. Compliant with Industry 4.0 standards, the software is accessible both remotely and via the Simatic HMI touch panel, which features an optimised graphical interface for easier use. This ensures efficient and intuitive control of washing processes.
