Refurbishment is more than a repair. It is a fresh start.
Some systems have worked hard, supporting companies and their manufacturing processes for years. But that does not mean they have reached the end of their journey. Through IFP refurbishment, a machine can be given a new lease of life, upgraded and ready to take on new challenges.
This is also a practical option for companies that are not currently in a position to make a major investment. Businesses considering replacing their metal cleaning system can benefit from the value of their existing machine and move to a newer-generation system offering higher performance and greater sustainability.
And companies that do not yet own an IFP Europe cleaning system can explore our selection of used machines that have been refurbished and reconditioned, thoroughly inspected and supplied with a warranty.
Another option is revamping: a technological upgrade that introduces new electronic, software and mechanical solutions to improve the performance and efficiency of systems already in operation. It provides access to updated technologies while keeping open the possibility of a future transition to an entirely new generation of equipment.
We take back used systems from our customers, refurbish them completely and put them back on the market. What leaves our facility is a system ready to go back into operation.
For example, if a customer owns a ten-year-old KP 100, we refurbish it using original components, supported by a spare parts inventory designed to embrace future technologies while preserving the technical knowledge of previous generations.
Refurbishing a system means dismantling it, cleaning and inspecting it, replacing worn components, repainting it, and updating its software and cleaning cycles.
The result? Not a brand-new machine, but one capable of delivering its original performance, enhanced by the technical upgrades developed over the years.
